This is the guide to help you get the maximum out of Opsenic 📈
Opsenic is designed to setup the operating system for your organization. People, teams, products, projects, processes, and more – all of these are connected as a holistic system. This approach enables you to manage growing org complexity proactively and uncover hidden insights.
Core concepts
1. Org Entities 🏢
- Org Entity is the name of the entity that takes place in the structure of your organization. These entities represent the dimensions of how your organization is structured.
- A few examples: People, Products, Projects, Areas, Streams, Offices, etc.
- You can always configure org entities in Settings

2. Poly-contextual workspaces 🧩
- Inside each specific org entity, you create relevant Nodes: your departments, your teams, your products and projects, etc.
- The page of each node is a poly-contextual workspace where you create relevant Sections. That way, each thing has its place. Each section represents some unique context-specific knowledge.
- There are system-wide Generic sections: Purpose, Values, Goals, Responsibilities, Processes, etc. But if these are insufficient, you can always create a Custom section.
Create sections by navigating to the specific context it relates to: company, department, team, product, etc.
- Sections could have Public or Restricted access, which you can set during section creation. You can always hide private sections with the 👁️ button.

3. People 👩🏻👨🏼🦱
- Each team member has a personal page.
- The member's contexts are organized with sections as well: Goals, Responsibilities, private 1:1 notes, Feedbacks.
- Apart from generic sections, customize your page however you like with custom sections: add your hobbies, interesting facts, bookshelf, memes, and more.
